We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Upwork Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating business through Upwork, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate leads and business opportunities
* Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements
* Handle end-to-end client communication from initial contact to project closure
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity on Upwork
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of projects and achieve monthly targets
* Manage Upwork profile optimization and portfolio updates
Requirements:
* 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Upwork business development
* Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and algorithms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle international clients professionally
* Experience in IT/software services industry is preferred
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
