Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedĀ Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistĀ to join our team on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inĀ bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and excellent English communication skills. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple hiring demands while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities
ManageĀ end-to-end recruitmentĀ for multiple positions across departments
Lead and executeĀ bulk hiringĀ campaigns efficiently within tight timelines
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including databases, referrals, and headhunting
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with stakeholders
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and local labor regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Min 5 years of proven experienceĀ in talent acquisition or recruitment
Hands-on experience in bulk hiringĀ (mandatory)
ExcellentĀ English communication skillsĀ (both written and verbal)
Strong interviewing, screening, and assessment skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and MS Office tools
Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Attributes
Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
