We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Professional for Upwork Profile who can take full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales (preferably in IT, digital services, SaaS, or marketing), is results-driven, and can work independently while aligning with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate high-quality leads through Upwork.
Close deals efficiently to achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain excellent client communication and provide timely updates.
Provide regular reports on KPIs and performance.
Meet monthly sales targets of $5,000 – $7,000.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Upwork Sales (B2B/B2C).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
