* 3+ years of production React Native experience
* Strong mobile architecture & state management understanding
* Experience with Firebase, Supabase/PostgreSQL
* App Store/TestFlight deployment experience
* Ability to lead projects & mentor developers
* Strong communication skills & client-facing exposure
