โข 6โ7 years of experience in Operations Management
โข 3โ4 years of experience in the IT services industry
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Solid analytical and decision-making abilities
โข Ability to compile and analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights
