Job Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical billing company
✔ Strong expertise in Credentialing, Coding, RCM & AR Management
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and resolve complex provider issues
✔ Excellent English communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee all medical billing departments
🔹 Manage credentialing, coding, and RCM workflows
🔹 Handle escalated provider and client issues
🔹 Train, supervise, and lead large teams
