Qualification: Masterβs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong command over HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR services across the organization.
Oversee payroll management, HRIS administration, and employee data accuracy while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partner teams to ensure operational alignment and smooth employee lifecycle management.
Lead HR automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Oversee employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters.
Prepare and present HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in HR service delivered
Certification in HR (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage
Excellent understanding of local labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks.
