* Design, develop, and maintain high quality mobile applications using Flutter
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
* Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
* Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code
* Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
๐ Requirements or Skills:
* 5+ years of overall software development experience
* Strong hands on experience with Flutter and Dart
* Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs
* Experience with Git or other version control systems
* Strong problem solving and communication skills
โจ Nice to Have:
* Experience with React or React Native
* Exposure to CI CD pipelines and automated testing
* Experience working in a remote or distributed team
