Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Staff to join our team in the Babies Gears & Furniture department. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting families in selecting appropriate Babies Items, while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally,
· Guide them in the selection of products based on customer needs and preferences.
· Actively promote and sell Babies items, achieving individual and team sales targets.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store’s merchandise, including the latest trends, sizing, and designs suitable for children’s age.
· Ensure that the store displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards for presentation.
· Assist with stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and organizing stock in the store.
· Provide excellent post-sale customer service, handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Requirements:
· At least Matric passed.
· 2 years of experience in Babies products.
