Dynamic Equipment & Controls (Pvt) Ltd. (DEC) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Construction Equipment Sales Division.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales of construction, asphalt, and road machinery

• Handle sales of concrete equipment, mining & drilling machines

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers & stakeholders

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Identify new business avenues and principals

• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Mechatronics Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Mining Engineering

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical, mining, or heavy machinery sector

• Strong background in construction and earth-moving equipment preferred
