Al-Rehman Chemical Industries is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.

๐ผ Experience: 5โ8 Years
๐ Qualification
MBA / BBA / Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional sales certifications will be an added advantage.
๐ผ Experience
Minimum 5โ8 years of relevant sales experience.
At least 2โ3 years in a managerial or team-leadership role.
Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial chemicals, textile chemicals, or related industries preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market share and expand the customer base.
Manage key customer accounts and strategic relationships.
Develop sales plans and monitor execution.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate the sales team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
