🎯 Job Purpose
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth within the cellphone distribution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market development, customer acquisition, sales growth, market coverage, target achievement, and building strong relationships with retailers and dealers.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve distribution targets.
- Visit retailers, dealers, and business partners to generate and grow sales.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
- Promote smartphones, mobile accessories, and consumer electronics.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer demand.
- Collect market feedback and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure timely order booking, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare regular sales and market performance reports.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales, Distribution, FMCG, Mobile Phones, Electronics, or a related sector.
- Experience in cellphone distribution or mobile accessories will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and retailer/dealer networks.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Faisalabad-based candidates will be preferred.
