• Salary: PKR 50,000 – PKR 100,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Generate leads and conduct outbound outreach to Canadian and U.S. businesses.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Track sales activities and follow-ups.
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confidence, motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Experience calling Canadian or U.S. businesses (preferred).
• Ability to make 120–150 outbound calls per day.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet home office setup.
• A laptop or desktop computer with a quality headset.
