Position: Sales Closer
Location: Onsite / Remote
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Salary & Benefits:
• PKR 150,000 – 350,000 (Fixed Salary)
• Plus High Commission on Every Closed Deal

Responsibilities:
• Handle warm and qualified leads provided by the sales team
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with US clients
• Present services confidently and close deals
• Overcome objections and negotiate pricing
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding team
• Track sales performance and conversions

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication & closing skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales or closing
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Experience with US clients is a strong plus
