• Source and recruit candidates for overseas jobs (Qatar & Dubai)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and management
• Ensure smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment / HR
• Strong communication & interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Experience in overseas recruitment is a plus
