Position: Regional Sales Chef (Central) – Food Services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead culinary presentations, live demos, and tasting sessions for key customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop innovative recipes and usage ideas for Dawn’s product range to support sales objectives.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities as the culinary brand ambassador.
  • Ensure product quality and consistency during trials and launches.
  • Train and support sales staff in product knowledge, preparation techniques and customer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience working with local or international food brands on new product development or recipe formulation.
  • Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, formulations and preparation techniques.
  • Passionate about food and innovation.
Qualification: Culinary Diploma/Degree
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
