Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions β€” ensuring timely hiring, strong talent pipelines, and an excellent candidate experience aligned with Zellbury’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail store roles (Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers, Visual Merchandisers, etc.)
Partner with regional retail teams to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, internal referrals, walk-ins, etc.)
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and facilitate assessments
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, databases, and reports
Ensure adherence to company policies, fair hiring practices, and strong employer branding

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail recruitment or high-volume hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines
A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting people and opportunities
