Recruitment Specialist

Naveena Steel  is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist for Head Office at Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi.Incumbent should be an MBA in HR and should have 3–5 years of hands-on hiring experience in the steel / any other manufacturing sector in Pakistan.

Some of the core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– End-to-end recruitment for roles across Production function (Steel Melt-shop, Rolling Mill, Engineering) and Business support function (Supply Chain, IT, Finance etc).
– Partnering with department heads to understand manpower needs
– Talent sourcing, assessments & interviews
– Occasional visits to our Port Qasim plant for on-site hiring coordination
