Key Responsibilities:

Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and visitors

Maintain records, invoices, and administrative documentation

Support management and the admin team in daily office tasks
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of receptionist/admin experience

High School or Diploma qualification

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
