๐‘ฒ๐’†๐’š ๐‘น๐’†๐’”๐’‘๐’๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’ƒ๐’Š๐’๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’†๐’”:
Lead the end-to-end development of new bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
Improve existing product formulations for quality, shelf life, taste, cost optimization, and production efficiency.
Manage R&D trials, conduct sensory evaluations, and coordinate pilot-scale and plant-scale validations.
Identify new ingredients, technologies, and trends to introduce innovative concepts.
Closely collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation such as recipes, process sheets, test reports, and specifications.
Ensure all products comply with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor the bakery R&D team members.

๐‘น๐’†๐’’๐’–๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•๐’”:
๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Baking Science, or a related field.
๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž:5โ€“8 years of experience in bakery product development (industrial bakery preferred)
