(Sonmiani, Balochistan) Shahid Builders (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our project team at Sonmiani, Balochistan.
Position: Quantity Surveyor (Project Site)
Experience Required
4-6 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Experience in building and infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity calculations.
Measure and verify executed work at site.
Prepare and review subcontractor bills.
Verify and reconcile BOQ quantities.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and Planning/QS teams.
Maintain project quantity records and support project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong command of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of BOQs, quantity surveying, measurement practices, and billing procedures.
Ability to work independently at the project site.
Project Location: Sonmiani, Balochistan
Preference: Candidates from Sindh, especially Karachi and nearby areas, will be given preference due to the project location and ease of mobilization.
Immediate joining is required.
