Position: Quality Control Analyst (QCA)*
Location: Risalpur
Reports to: Director Operations
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement testing plans and quality control procedures for products.
Review products, interpret test results against specifications, and report defects and release recommendations to the Director Operations.
Track resolution of product issues and join out-of-specification investigations with corrective actions.
Ensure final products meet requirements and end-user expectations; identify improvements and benchmark similar market products.
Compile lab test data, perform analyses, and maintain testing documentation and logbooks.
Calibrate, validate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Maintain lab safety and cleanliness; inspect finished products and join internal audits.
Train analysts and recommend new technologies and methods.
Prepare deviation and technical reports; write/revise QC operating procedures.
Education
Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry, with extensive experience in quality control and laboratories preferred.
Experience
5-7 years with a reputable organization, preferably in a detergent manufacturing concern.
