QA / PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (FROZEN FOODS) at Brim Burgers
We are looking for an experienced Frozen Food QA / Production Executive to oversee daily production operations while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise frozen food production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Handle customer and internal complaints and ensure proper corrective actions
Maintain basic production, quality, and hygiene documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations by PFA.s

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or related field
3-4 years of experience in frozen food manufacturing
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Strong supervision and problem-solving abilities

EXPERIENCE IN FROZEN FOOD PROCESSING IS MANDATORY.
