Shift: Evening (aligned with US business hours)
Experience: 4–8 years in US Construction Estimating
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

About the Role:

EHM Technology is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the complete estimating and bid proposal process—from scope review and quantity verification to pricing, quality control, and final submission.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who understands US construction drawings, validates estimates, defends pricing decisions, and communicates confidently with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Review US construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Verify takeoffs, quantities, labor, material costs, and pricing.
Manage proposals, RFIs, clarifications, and final submissions.
Lead and mentor estimators while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Communicate directly with US clients on technical and pricing matters.

Requirements:

4–8 years of hands-on US construction estimating experience.
At least 2 years of experience reviewing or leading estimators’ work.Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat, US construction pricing, and tools such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift.
Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication.
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines.
