Position:ย Proposal Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Location: Head Office, Lahore
Education/Experience:
BS Electrical with 05 years’ experience in a contracting company serving industrial projects (in preparing technical & commercial Bid).
Skills:
- Basic Primavera/ MS Project, Basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
- Time management, Good Communication, Skilled in reading technical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minute study of RFQs/Tenders & seeking clarifications from clients to understand their requirements and quality standards.
- To seek technical clarifications from clients, conduct pre-bid meetings and site surveys.
- Cost estimation of industrial/commercial/MEP projects including material, manpower, administrative expenses & other requirements.
- Preparations of bids/quotations.
- Complete proposal and tender documentation.
- Preparation of BOQs and material take-off (MTO).
- Project budgeting and planning.
- Advance knowledge of other engineering disciplines e.g., mechanical, and civil for consolidation for project bids that not entirely Electrical, I&E or MEP.
