Experience Required: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end project implementation & relevant domain experience is required.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in leading and delivering end-to-end project implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks, manage change requests, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive regular status meetings, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting.
• Ensure project documentation, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Manage client expectations and build strong working relationships.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones and final outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP software or similar is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
