We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong marketing experience to join our team at Elyscents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects from start to finish.
· Coordinate with performance marketing, social media, content creation, creative, and e-commerce teams.
· Manage project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and team productivity.
· Ensure marketing campaigns and brand initiatives are executed effectively.
· Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular updates to management.
· Develop workflows to improve team coordination and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, retail, or e-commerce.
· Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with project management tools and campaign execution.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
