Position: Project Manager
Company: MODA Engineering
Location: Across Pakistan
Qualification:
* B.E. Mechanical (Preferred) with 7–8 years of relevant experience
* OR
* B.E. Civil with 8–10 years of relevant experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience in contracting and project execution
* Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project (preferred), AutoCAD (preferred), and quantity take-off/estimation tools
* Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver engineering projects
* Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and site activities
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical correspondence
* Perform BOQ and quantity estimation from drawings
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
* Resolve technical and operational issues to keep projects on schedule
