Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead the project team of five members, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
Ensure all projects comply with company standards and client requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Manage project budgets and control costs to deliver projects within allocated financial resources.
Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and resource sharing.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to track project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment.
Document project activities, decisions, and changes thoroughly to maintain an accurate project record.
