NAYMET Trust is looking for a sharp, highly organized Program Coordinator to sit at the center of our strategic planning, board liaison, and donor relations — working directly with the President and senior leadership across programs spanning health, education, microfinance, clean water, and disaster relief.

If you’re the person who turns strategy into action, keeps a dozen moving pieces on track, and builds trust with donors and decision-makers alike — this role is built for you.

🔹 What you’ll own:
• Strategic planning support — from brainstorming sessions to tracking execution against goals
• Executive & board liaison — managing correspondence and communication on behalf of the President and directors
• Fundraising coordination — drafting proposals, leading campaigns, and maintaining donor relationships
• Reporting & data — building and maintaining a centralized reporting calendar (progress, financial, and impact reports)
• In-house training — assessing staff training needs, designing materials, and tracking outcomes

• Strong written and verbal communication — equally confident drafting a donor proposal or a board update
• Sharp organizational instincts — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
• Comfort moving between strategy, data, and people — as capable in a spreadsheet as in a stakeholder meeting
• Discretion and professionalism — you’ll be trusted with confidential, high-level information
• Genuine interest in nonprofit / international development work
