Job Title: Product Associate (Fresh Grad) Position
Location: DHA Phase-6, Lahore (On-site, mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
1. Support in product discovery, competitor analysis, and market research for new lending, AI use cases, and fintech features.
2. Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure features are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
4. Participate in user testing, QA, and feedback cycles to ensure product quality and usability.
5. Assist in creating product documentation, dashboards, and internal process flows.
6. Track and report feature performance and adoption metrics.
7. Work closely with the Founder on sprint planning, backlog management, and roadmap tracking.
Requirements
1. Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science.
2. 0-6 months of experience in product, business analysis, with strong analytical skills
3. Strong understanding of digital product development and agile workflows.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or Miro is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Interest in fintech, banking, or SME lending ecosystems.
