Position: Human Resource Executive (HR)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires

Maintain accurate employee records and attendance

Handle leave management and payroll coordination

Draft HR policies and internal communications

Resolve employee queries in a professional manner

Coordinate performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Qualifications:

Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a software house

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
