The Plant Manager will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Vent Gas Processing Plant. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily plant operations
• Optimizing processes and production planning
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Troubleshooting and driving reliability improvements
• Leading and developing the plant team
• Promoting continuous operational excellence across all process units

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Petrochemical, Natural Gas Processing, or Refinery operations
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
