Planning Engineer – Civil

Location: Head Office, Lahore
Candidate Profile:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
3 to 5 years of proven planning and scheduling experience within heavy construction, commercial high-rises, or industrial EPC projects.
Expert command over Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project master schedules for civil works using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Track site execution progress against baselines, identify bottlenecks, and formulate proactive delay-mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and productivity analyses for management review.
Coordinate cross-functional site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless resource allocation and timely milestone delivery.
Review contract specifications, track variations, and assist with cost-control measures.
