We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil) with 3โ4 years of planning experience, preferably in industrial building projects. Strong hands-on expertise in ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ ๐6 and ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐) is mandatory for this role.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โขPrepare detailed, resource- and cost-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
โขDevelop look-ahead schedules and complete Project Management Plan (PMP) documentation.
โขPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including EVM analysis and S-curves.
โขDevelop resource histograms, manpower deployment plans, and equipment schedules.
โขMonitor actual site progress vs. baseline, identify delays, variances, and critical impacts.
โขIntegrate civil, MEP, and procurement schedules into a unified master schedule.
โขAssist in Extension of Time (EoT) analysis with proper delay documentation.
โขDevelop PMP documents in compliance with PMBOK standards.

โขB.E. (Civil Engineering).
โข3โ4 years of relevant planning experience.
โขMandatory hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
โขStrong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM, and project control methodologies.
โขAdvanced skills in MS Project and Excel.
โขEffective communication and coordination skills across project disciplines.
