Eligibility
✔ Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
✔ Minimum 2 years of sales experience for Personal Banking Officer (PBO)
✔ Minimum 3 years of sales experience for Personal Banking Manager (PBM)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Drive NTB/ETB sales, deposits, and cross-selling targets
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and ensure policy compliance
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Shariah-compliant banking products
