Company: POPULAR Pipes Group of Companies
Location: Izmir Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Support calculation of salaries, overtime, and allowances.

• Maintain records of deductions (Income Tax, EOBI, Social Security, loans, advances).

• Enter new employee data into software.

• Maintain employee attendance and leave management.

• Prepare and submit monthly EOBI and PESSI.

• Respond to employee queries related to salary.

• Maintain confidentiality of data.

• Provide support during monthly payroll audits.

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation.

• Assist in preparing multiple payroll analysis reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

• Ability to maintain confidential data.

• Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Experience:

• 2–3 years in HR or payroll support role.

• Strong understanding of payroll and attendance.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, EOBI, or PESSI.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com).
