Hiring: Parent Relations Officer

Our Admissions team is looking for a Parent Relations Officer to serve as a key point of contact for families, from first enquiry and campus tours through enrolment, and on to ongoing parent queries, concerns and conflict resolution.

What we’re looking for:
2+ years in admissions, parent relations or a client-facing role, with school experience preferred
Excellent written and spoken English and Urdu
A polished, professional manner with parents and visitors
Sound judgement and tact in handling concerns and resolving conflicts calmly
Strong organisation and reliable follow-through
Confidence with MS Office or Google Workspace
