Reports To: Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders, and institutional customers. Promote and sell paint products and interior solutions to commercial and residential projects. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information regarding products and finishes. Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer records. Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and product launches. Maintain regular reporting on sales activities and market developments.

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in architectural sales, preferably in paints, furniture, building materials, or interior products. Strong network with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

 

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of paints, coatings, and interior finishing materials. Existing relationships with architectural firms, developers, and construction companies.
