Operations Manager – Front of House (FOH)

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager (FOH) to lead front-of-house performance across multiple outlets.
This role is execution-focused — customer experience, sales performance, discipline, and floor control.
If you understand service speed, POS control, and structured outlet discipline, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee FOH operations across assigned outlets
• Ensure service time and customer experience standards
• Monitor daily sales performance vs targets
• Control discounts, refunds, and cash reconciliation
• Maintain hygiene, display, and brand presentation standards
• Supervise outlet managers and FOH staff
• Submit structured daily and weekly reports
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in QSR / Café FOH management
• Multi-outlet handling experience preferred
• Strong grip on POS systems and cash controls
• Strong command of Excel (reporting, sales tracking, basic analysis)
• Able to manage shift rosters and performance reports
• Experience in a structured SOP environment preferred
• Strong floor leadership and enforcement ability
