• Build, optimize, and scale a high-performing distribution network to ensure strong market coverage and product availability.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs.
• Align demand planning with sales forecasts to support business growth.
• Drive operational excellence using data insights, market intelligence, and performance tracking.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations.

💡 Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution models
• Knowledge of primary vs secondary sales & field execution
• Hands-on experience with S&OP, demand planning & inventory control
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Marketing (recognized institute)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience (Pharma / FMCG preferred)
• Proven track record in managing national or multi-regional distribution networks
