We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in:
* Power BI for dashboards and reporting
* Python for data analysis and automation
* Ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
⏱ Real-Time Analyst (RTA)
Ideal candidates should have experience in:
* SQL for data extraction and reporting
* Power Query for data transformation
* Monitoring real-time performance metrics
* Supporting operational teams with timely insights and adjustments
📅 Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling and forecasting workforce requirements
* Managing capacity planning and service levels
* Coordinating with operations teams to ensure efficiency and coverage

📌 Requirements (All Roles):
* 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or relevant field
* Strong command of English (Fluent level is mandatory)
* Ability and flexibility to work night and overnight shifts when required
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
