๐ Position 1: Officer โ Data Management & Interdepartmental Coordination
Department: OUD
Role Summary:
Support the smooth functioning of the Development Office through effective data management, internal coordination, and operational support across departments involved in fundraising and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Maintain and update donor/sponsor databases accurately and confidentially

Track performance data (pledges, targets, achievements, shortfalls)
-
Reconcile donation data and issue timely acknowledgments and receipts
-
Coordinate with departments for reports, proposals, and contribution materials
-
Support daily development operations and donor meeting logistics
Requirements:
-
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
-
1โ3 yearsโ experience in data handling, coordination, operations, or administration
-
Experience with cross-functional teams preferred
-
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
-
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
๐ Position 2: Sr. Officer / Officer โ Corporate Outreach
Department: OUD
Role Summary:
Support the universityโs corporate engagement and outreach initiatives by identifying potential partners and facilitating collaborations around donations, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with corporates and high-net-worth individuals

Identify partners aligned with university strategic priorities
-
Coordinate meetings between partners and university leadership
-
Develop corporate proposals, pitch decks, and sponsorship packages
-
Maintain engagement records and support corporate events
Requirements:
-
Bachelorโs degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
-
1โ3 yearsโ experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client servicing
-
Prior experience with corporate or senior stakeholders preferred
-
Strong communication and relationship management skills
๐ Position 3: Assistant Manager โ Stewardship & Donor Relations

Role Summary:
Manage donor stewardship by ensuring meaningful engagement, transparency, and accountability throughout the donor lifecycle to build long-term trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement donor stewardship policies and SOPs
-
Plan and execute stewardship activities across donor levels
-
Prepare donor communications and impact reports
-
Manage donor agreements, MOUs, and compliance documentation
-
Plan donor recognition events with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
-
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Social Sciences, Business, Development Studies, or related field
-
4โ5 yearsโ experience in donor management, fundraising, or grant management
-
Prior experience in a donor-centric, non-profit, or university environment (mandatory)
-
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
๐ Position 4: Sr. Officer / Officer โ Alumni Outreach

Role Summary:
Support the university in building and sustaining long-term relationships with alumni to advance institutional priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong alumni relationships and engagement

Identify, segment, and engage key alumni groups

Support alumni events, campaigns, and giving initiatives

Prepare alumni engagement materials and sponsorship packages

Maintain alumni records and outreach data
Requirements:

Bachelorโs degree in Business, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field

1โ3 yearsโ experience in relationship management, alumni relations, sales, or partnerships

Experience with alumni or community groups preferred
