1. Deputy Manager – Frame & Production Shop

Department: Production
Experience: 6–10 years

Your Impact:

• Lead shop-floor operations from fabrication to assembly
• Ensure production, quality, and safety targets are achieved
• Maintain accuracy and process compliance
• Coordinate with planning and engineering teams
• Drive productivity improvements and process efficiency
• Manage manpower deployment and workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years’ experience in heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle manufacturing
• Strong production management exposure
• Leadership and troubleshooting skills

2. Deputy Manager – Quality Control

Your Impact:

• Lead quality control operations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Monitor customer complaints and resolution
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years’ experience in QC/QA
• Knowledge of QMS, FMEA, and CAPA
• Experience in vehicle manufacturing preferred

3. Deputy Manager – Front Engine Bus Fabrication & Assembly

Your Impact:

• Oversee fabrication and assembly operations for bus production
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards
• Supervise structural fabrication and assembly processes
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in bus or commercial vehicle assembly
• Leadership and technical supervision skills

4. Deputy Manager – CKD Store

Your Impact:

• Manage CKD inventory handling and storage
• Ensure timely supply of parts to production
• Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics
• Improve warehouse efficiency and FIFO implementation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of inventory management and ERP systems
• Knowledge of material planning, stock control, and warehouse operations
• Good coordination and analytical skills
