JOB SUMMARY

Selected candidates will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, leading and developing teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining food safety and quality standards, achieving sales and profitability targets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Floor Manager: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Restaurant Manager: Minimum 5–7 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in an international QSR or restaurant.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, inventory management, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead high-performing teams.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
