Startitup Global is expanding its team and looking for experienced and motivated professionals for the following positions:

🔹 *US Company Formation Executive*
Experience in US LLC & Corporation formation.
Knowledge of EIN applications and IRS procedures.
Understanding of US state filings and registered agent services.
Knowledge of annual reports and compliance requirements.

🔹 *UK Company Formation Executive*
Experience in UK Limited Company (Ltd) formation.
Knowledge of Companies House registration and filing procedures.
Understanding of HMRC, VAT, UTR, and PAYE.
Knowledge of Confirmation Statements and annual compliance.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in US or UK company formation.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage international client queries.
