Executive – Production
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: BS. in Food Sciences
Strong working knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Experience: 6 to 8 years of total professional experience, with a strong preference for background in food production or manufacturing environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor daily production activities to maximize both labor efficiency and machine utilization, ensuring shitt targets are met
Monitor and minimize production waste, material shortages, and overall operational costs while maintaining strict adherence to the allocated budget
.
Liaise proactively with the maintenance department to troubleshoot equipment failures and expedite repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Streamiine manufacturing processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce production delays, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Guide production laborers, foster a collaborative floor environment, and swiftly resolve any operational or interpersonal conflicts that arise.
Oversee all production-related expenses, maintaining detailed and accurate financial records to ensure fiscal compliance and financial accountability.
