Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site MEP BIM Modeler role based in Lahore, Pakistan.
The MEP BIM Modeler will work closely with the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator to develop, update, and maintain coordinated BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Public Health, Fire Protection, and related building services in alignment with project standards, EIR, AIR, BEP requirements, and agreed BIM workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and updating coordinated MEP BIM models.
Preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and as-built information.
Following BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project information requirements, LOD requirements, naming conventions, model status and revision procedures, CDE workflows, and clash management procedures.
Supporting multidisciplinary coordination across MEP, Architecture, Structure, and specialist systems.
Contributing to 3D, 4D, 5D, asset information, and FM-ready deliverables where required.
Supporting continuous improvement of modelling workflows and project BIM standards.
Qualifications
Strong MEP BIM modelling skills with practical experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Understanding of model QA/QC, model accuracy, constructability, and information-quality requirements.
Diploma, DAE, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
Professional BIM/Revit certifications will be considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
