Position: Mechanical Supervisor – Facilities Management
Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore

Qualifications & Preferences:

• D.A.E. (Mechanical) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2–4 years relevant experience (HVAC systems in malls/commercial facilities preferred)

• Practical knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust & ventilation systems

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow maintenance schedules

• Strong troubleshooting skills and on-site coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, operate, and maintain HVAC systems daily

• Respond to HVAC complaints and breakdowns promptly

• Assist in preventive maintenance and routine servicing

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient work completion

• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports

• Ensure all mechanical work follows safety standards

• Support Assistant Manager in daily mechanical operations
