We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8โ10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Required Skills
